INGREDIENTS

CRUST

2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese

3/4 Cup Almond Flour

2 Ounces Cream Cheese

2 Tablespoons Flax Meal

FILLING

4 Ounces Cream Cheese

4 Slices Uncured Bacon

1/2 Cup Uncured Ham

1 Hot Italian Sausage Link

1 Tablespoon Grass-Fed Butter

INSTRUCTIONS

Shred 2 Cups of Mozzarella Cheese.

In a large Frying Pan cook 4 slices of Bacon that has not been cured then chop them into pieces.

In a large Frying Pan uncase and cook 1 hot Italian sausage Link.

Cut about 1/2 Cup of Uncured Ham into smaller pieces.

Pre-heat your oven to 400*F.

In a Large Microwave Safe Bowl add 2 Cups of Mozzarella Cheese and 2 Ounces of Cream Cheese. Microwave for 30 seconds increments until cheeses melt and may be mixed.

Add 3/4 cup of Almond Flour and 2 Tablespoons of Flax Meal to the cheeses that are melting Mix the ingredients together to form dough ball.

Put a piece of parchment paper on the counter and then place the dough in the middle of it. Roll it out using the help of a rolling pin, or push it out using your hands.

4. Take four ounces Softened cream Cheese and spread it lightly over the dough.

Sprinkle the Uncured Bacon, Italian Sausage, and Uncured Ham on top of the Cream Cheese.

Start with one side of the dough and then wrap it up in a tight roll to the opposite side.

Cut the dough into pieces which measure about 1 inch thick.

Lightly grease the large Baking Sheet or cookie sheet, and arrange the slices approximately 1 inch away.

1. Melt one Tablespoon Grasses-Fed Butter and apply a brush to all the edges of your rolls.

Bake at 400°F for about 17 min or so, until the top is golden brown.

Serve the rolls when they are still hot.
