The recipe below to make Keto Dark Chocolate Brownies has been deemed among the most simple desserts you can prepare, and tastes so delicious! Of course, you must love Dark Chocolate since we use Pure Cocoa Powder and Lily’s sugar-free Dark Chocolate Chips. It is important to have these common Keto ingredients in your pantry is a lifesaver when a craving for sweets hits at any time.

Don’t be ashamed to eat this. It’s keto-friendly; therefore, it’s not an indulgence; it’s an actual Keto treat!

When it pertains to dark chocolate chips, I prefer to personally choose those from Lily’s Sweets brand Dark Chocolate Chips. Stevia sweetens them instead of sugar-free sweeteners, which can be found when you purchase the usual Hershey’s or Russel Stover’s sugar-free chocolates. They cost a bit more, but they’re worth the extra cost.

For the Monkfruit Sweetener, I prefer the Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener, which I purchase at Sprouts. It is sold in bags or packets in bags, but remember that if you choose to use the one in the packets I did in this recipe, it’s twice sweeter than the ones in a bag. Make sure to compensate for this if you choose to do. Do not use this recipe with the “Monkfruit in the Raw” brand sweetener to create this recipe since this brand uses a sweetener that is not keto to mix with monk fruit. The flavors aren’t comparable to the Lakanto brand.

KETO 3-MINUTE DARK CHOCOLATE BROWNIE RECIPE

Cooking Time: 1 & 1/2 Minutes

Total Time: 3 & 1/2 Minutes

Ingredients:

1/4 Cup Almond Flour

2 TBSP Cocoa Powder

2 TBSP Grass-Fed Butter

1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder

1 Large Cage-Free Egg

2 TBSP Lily’s Dark Chocolate Chips

2 TBPS Chopped Walnuts

1 Packet Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a large coffee Mug or microwave-safe baking dish, include 1/4 cup Almond Flour, 2TBSP Cocoa Powder 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder, and stir to blend well.

Make 2 TBSP of Grass-Fed salted butter (Like Kerry Gold brand). Pour it over the dry ingredients and stir until it is well combined.

Add one large cage-free egg and mix thoroughly.

Sprinkle 1TBSP of dark chocolate chips of Lily’s to the batter along with one TBSP of chopped walnuts. Stir and mix.

Sprinkle 1 pack of Lakanto Monkfruit Sweeteneronto into the batter (or If you’re using Lakanto’s Classic Granular Sweetener from Lakanto that isn’t in the packets, you could utilize three Teaspoons in place of 3 Teaspoons). Mix thoroughly, and then spread the top as flat as possible to ensure that the cooking is even.

Sprinkle the remaining liquid Lily’s dark Chocolate Chips and chopped Walnuts over Brownie Batter. Brownie Batter.

The microwave is on a high for approximately 90 seconds.

Take care when taking it out of the microwave because dry recipes are more likely to cause the dish or mug to be hotter than heating liquids. Let it sit in the refrigerator until cool enough to consume.
