KETO AIR FRIED PICKLE CHIPS RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

1 Cup Dill Pickle Slices

4 Cups Pork Rinds

3/4 Cup Frank’s Red Hot Sauce

1/2 Cup Almond Flour

1 Large Cage-Free Egg

2 Tablespoons Dill Weed

2 Teaspoons Paprika

2 Teaspoons Black Pepper

3 Tablespoons Avocado Oil Mayo

1 & 1/2 Tablespoons Sour Cream

1/2 Teaspoon Lemon Juice

1 Teaspoon Parsley Flakes

1/2 Teaspoon Dill Weed

1/2 Teaspoon Chives

1/4 Teaspoon Granulated Garlic

1/4 Teaspoon Onion Powder

1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper

1/4 Teaspoon Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

With the Food Processor grind up 4 cups of Pork Rinds.

Reserve 1/2 Cup of Pork Rinds in a Separate Bowl.

To make those remaining pork rinds include 1/2 Cup Almond Flour 2, two Tablespoons Dill Weed two Teaspoons Paprika and two Teaspoons Black Pepper and mix thoroughly.

Crack 1 large Egg inside a, shallow bowl, then add 3/4 cup of Frank’s Red Hot Sauce, and mix thoroughly together with the Egg.

Apply on the Air Fryer by spraying it with an oil spray for cooking of your choice. We especially like our favorite spray, Chosen food Avocado oil spray that works extremely well with your air fryer.

Dip the pickle slices into the bowl and cover them with simple Pork Rind crumbs and then dip them in the hot sauce and egg mix. Then, you can cover the Pickles with the seasoned Pork Rind and Almond Flour mixture prior to placing the pickles carefully in the oven fryer.

Make the Pickles at 390°F for approximately up to 8 to 10 mins. There is no requirement to shake them throughout cooking’s this could make the coating more brittle.
