KETO BAGEL RECIPE

EASE OF PREPARATION: Moderate

PREP TIME: 30 Minutes

COOKING TIME: 15 Minutes

TOTAL TIME: 45 Minutes

INGREDIENTS

2 & 1/2 Cups Almond Flour

1 & 1/4 Pound Mozzarella Cheese

4 Ounces Cream Cheese

6 Large Free-Range Eggs

2 Tablespoons Baking Powder

Everything Bagel Seasoning

INSTRUCTIONS

Pre-Heat Oven to 400*F.

in the Medium Bowl, whisk together 2 and 1/2 Cups of Almond Flour and 2 Tablespoons Baking Powder Set aside.

Cut 1-1/2 Pound (20 Ounces) of Mozzarella Cheese and put it aside.

In a large Sauce Pan over Medium-Low Heat Add the Mozzarella Shredded Cheese along with 4 Ounces of softened cream Cheese.

Continuously stir the cheeses to keep them from burning and to mix them in a uniform manner until they are completely melting.

After the cheese has completely melted then add the Cheese to in the bowl of your stand mixer then slowly mix to the Almond Flour mix and four scrambled eggs.

Blend at slow speeds using an attachment for the dough hook until a uniform dough consistency develops.

Bake each bagel using 1 half Cup scoop of dough.

Make the dough into the thickness of a 1/2 inch roll, then place it on baking Sheet that is lined parchment paper (Do not make use of wax papers). Spread the bagels several inches apart to let them expand during the cooking.

Mix together the other 2 eggs, then brush them on top of each bag. If you are planning to cover the bagels in the seasonings of your choice (such such as All Seasoning) put them to the tops now.

Bake your Bagels at 400°F for around 15 minutes.
