KETO BREAKFAST HASH RECIPE

EASE OF PREPARATION: Easy

PREP TIME: 10 Minutes

COOKING TIME: 25 Minutes

TOTAL TIME:35 Minutes

INGREDIENTS:

4 Small Organic Turnips (Peeled)

1/2 Medium Organic White Onion (Diced)

1 Pound Uncured Bacon Strips (Chopped)

6 Green Onion Stalks (Chopped)

1 Handful Curly Parsley (Chopped)

2 Tablespoons Organic Ghee

1 Cup Cheddar Cheese (Shredded)

4 Large Free-Range Eggs

Pink Himalayan Salt (To Taste)

Black Pepper(To Taste)

INSTRUCTIONS:

Start by cutting the uncured Bacon into small pieces about 1/2 inch thick.

Prepare a Skillet, or Cast Iron Pan up to Medium-High heat. Cook the uncured Bacon to remove the fat. The Bacon will not be cooked completely to an ideal crisp in this stage, as it will later be cooked back into the dish at a later step.

Get rid of all Uncured Bacon from the Skillet or the Cast Iron Pan but retain the Bacon Grease in the Pan.

Dice up 1/2 a Medium White Onion, and 4 Small Turnips. The smaller the amount of dicing, the better, in my opinion.

Make caramels of the Onions within the Bacon Grease for a few minutes.

Add 2 Tablespoons of Organic Ghee to the Skillet.

Incorporate Turnips Diced turnips to the Onions and stir to coat evenly in Bacon Grease & Organic Ghee. Cooke until the Turnips have brown.

Incorporate the Bacon back to the Skillet, and stir to mix it evenly along with other components.

The season is best when you combine Pink Himalayan Salt and Black Pepper to your own preference.

Prepare 1 bunch of fresh Curley Parsley, by removing the stems, then cutting the leaves. Include 1 tablespoon of Curly Parsley to the dish.

Make 4 holes evenly spaced throughout the pan to accommodate your cage-free eggs and then crack an egg inside each nest created.

Shred 1 cup of Cheddar Cheese on it on top But not directly over eggs If you’re able to.

You can also top it your dish off with Diced onion Green Stalks or serve with a serving or Pico de Gallo for extra flavor, if you’re a fan of.
